Join me for an hour of relaxing yin yoga, the perfect way to unwind from your day, preparing your mind and body for a restful sleep. During this practice we hold more passive postures for 3-5 minutes to target deep connective tissue (fascia), supporting increased circulation, flexibility and mobility, a calm mind, and relaxed body. Come back week after week to deepen your connection to this beautiful practice, your physical and energetic bodies, and your awareness. Offer yourself the opportunity to truly slow down and be present, all from the comfort of your home.
